Meditation during work place plays a important role in our productivity and outcome . It has many health benefits and is a simple way to calm you down during stressful conditions . You only need five mins daily to get this into your day to day routine . Spending even a few minutes in mediation can restore the inner peace . Ways to meditate –

  1. Choose a quiet comfortable place
  2. Make sure you sit in a comfortable posture .best is to sit cross legged on the floor or a bed .
  3. Breathe slowly and Deeply and focus on your breathing .4.if you have difficulty in focusing then can chant a mantra or word like OM .
  4. Use of lavender oil on forehead and palms has added benefit .
